About Me

I’m Rodrigo, the chef and founder behind Raíces Private Chef.

For me, cooking is about much more than food. It’s about creating memorable moments, bringing people together, and making every guest feel at home.

My cooking is rooted in the Mediterranean, with a strong influence from Asia — a part of the world where I had the opportunity to live for a significant part of my life. The flavours, techniques, ingredients and food culture I discovered there have become an important part of my culinary identity.

I love bringing these influences together with fresh, seasonal ingredients, creating personalised menus that are vibrant, balanced and full of character.

Based in Ibiza and available worldwide, I offer relaxed yet refined private dining experiences, from intimate dinners and villa stays to bespoke multi-day chef services.
